Pilates instructor certified by American Fitness Professionals & Associates and by Body Arts and Science International (BASI).
From hobby to profession, Ligia became a Pilates instructor in 2009.
As a psychologist and psychotherapist, the Pilates Studio Project was added, thus Ligia Băloi with her devotion to the physical conditioning method, supports through her activity the community of people who share this philosophy of life.
Ligia invites you to natural, physiological physical movement, participating with her in the Pilates class at the Amazonia Health Clinic!
PILATES IN PREGNANCY
We also welcome expectant mothers to our Pilates sessions as we offer classes for pregnant women. During these classes, we focus on teaching proper breathing and preparing the body for a much easier birth.
